Jean-Sébastien Lamoureux is a Managing Director with Teneo’s Strategy and Communications business, based in Montreal.

Prior to joining Teneo, Jean-Sébastien spent seven years at RONA. He joined RONA in February 2017 as Vice-President, Communications and Public Affairs. He was promoted to Senior Vice-President, Public Affairs, Asset Protection, and Sustainable Development in 2018, and then to Senior Vice President, RONA Affiliated Dealers and Public Affairs in 2022.

Prior to joining RONA, Jean-Sébastien was Vice-President of Financial Communications and Investor Relations at NATIONAL Public Relations, a public relations agency in Canada. He also served as Vice-President at Investissement Québec, a governmental agency dedicated to the economic growth of the Province of Québec, where he was responsible for the organization’s subsidiaries and was Chief of Staff for the Québec Treasury Board. He was also the youngest elected member of the National Assembly of Québec for the Anjou constituency.

A lawyer by training, Jean-Sébastien holds an MBA from HEC Montréal and sits on the advisory committee of the RCC for Québec, as well as on the boards of the Fondation Hôpital Charles-LeMoyne and the Pensionnat Notre-Dame-des-Anges.
