Jean Philippe is a Vice President with Teneo’s Strategy and Communications business, based in  Montréal.

Jean Philippe is an experienced public affairs professional with a background in strategic communications, public policy development, government relations and stakeholder engagement. He draws on experience in government roles, having provided advice on fiscal and economic policy, communications and strategy.

Prior to joining Teneo, he worked as a Policy Advisor to Québec’s Minister of Finance. In that role he provided strategic advice and policy proposals on economic issues, fiscal policy, natural resources, energy, indigenous relations and intergovernmental relations. He also worked on the government’s economic response plan to the COVID-19 pandemic and contributed to almost a dozen budgetary documents.

Jean Philippe holds a bachelors degree (B.Sc.) in economics from Université de Montréal.
