Jae-ho Shin is a Managing Director with Teneo’s Financial Advisory business, based in London.
Jae is a member of Teneo’s UK Forensic and Investigations practice. He leads forensic technology managed services across eDiscovery, compliance and forensic investigations. With a focus on addressing complex data challenges, Jae works closely with clients to deploy strategic, technology-driven solutions that align with regulatory, legal and data management standards.
Prior to joining Teneo, Jae was a Director in Deloitte Forensic, where he expanded forensic technology advisory and managed service capabilities across industries by developing service delivery models and implementing innovative, tailored solutions. He has led global eDiscovery managed service programmes for several top 10 global companies and banks, managing complex cross-border operations and ensuring regulatory compliance. He has also overseen Government & Public Sector initiatives, securing mandates and driving the adoption of forensic data management solutions, including AI and cloud technologies, within high-profile investigations.
Jae received a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sheffield and completed a Legal Practice Course at The University of Law.
