Heidi Park is a Senior Associate with Teneo, where she advises clients on ESG strategy and communications.
At Teneo, Heidi supports a range of ESG initiatives across industries, including materiality assessments, ESG reporting, ESG ratings and rankings, and ESG in financial advisory (pre-/post-transaction). Most recently, she helped a leading global biopharmaceutical company redefine their ESG priorities by conducting a double-materiality assessment and worked alongside the Chief Sustainability Officer of one of the world’s largest privately held companies to develop an NGO engagement strategy plan.
Previously, Heidi helped advise on the development of a new ESG reporting software solution for one of the fastest-growing publicly traded technology companies in Silicon Valley, supported the largest national provider of early childhood education in developing their foundational ESG strategy as they prepared for IPO, and helped a multinational medical technology company create an ESG ratings and rankings engagement strategy ahead of their spinoff. She has also improved clients’ ESG ratings by managing submissions for the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment and JUST Capital.
Prior to joining Teneo, Heidi came from Truist Financial Corporation, a top 10 U.S. bank. She began her career as an analyst in market and liquidity risk management before transitioning to an ESG Program Manager, where she focused on building and maintaining Truist’s long-term ESG strategy. Heidi graduated from Georgia State University and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management and Insurance.
