Heather Beliveau is a Managing Director with Teneo’s People Advisory business, based in Boston, Massachusetts.
Heather joins Teneo with over 20 years of retained C-suite search experience, placing CEOs, Board of Directors, CFOs, CMOs, COOs and CCOs. Her clients range from private equity and venture capital-backed firms to large public companies across the sustainable energy, consumer products, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, animal health, healthcare services and health information industries.
Prior to joining Teneo, Heather was Managing Director and Founding Partner of Vital Search Partners, a nationally recognized search firm. She also held key roles as Recruiting Partner at RobinsonButler, a C-suite recruiting firm specializing in life sciences and at Ross & Company, a boutique search firm focused on healthcare services and healthcare data analytics. Additionally, Heather consulted at Third Rock Ventures, a venture capital firm, where she led Board of Director recruitment efforts for their portfolio companies.
Before entering the search industry, Heather was an Occupational Therapist at Spaulding Hospital in Boston.
Heather holds a B.S. from St. Lawrence University and an M.S. from Tufts University.
