Guy Smith is a Managing Director with Teneo’s Strategy and Communications business, based in London.

Guy has been delivering strategic communications counsel to senior leaders since 2012. He coaches executives from start-ups to listed companies, focusing on building skills and confidence in media engagement, presentations, panels, webinars, townhalls and special situations.

Guy understands the challenges leaders face having led public relations worldwide for the UK’s largest industrial software company. He is a former journalist with 23 years of multi-media experience, starting in regional newspapers and moving into broadcast journalism in the UK and internationally for commercial (ITN, ITV News, Five News) and public broadcasters (BBC News). Guy is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.
