Gavin Maher is a Senior Managing Director with Teneo in London, having joined Teneo as part of its purchase of Deloitte’s UK Restructuring business.

Gavin has over 13 years experience of working with stakeholders of financially distressed businesses to develop and implement solutions. He has most recently focused on retail restructurings by way of consensual restructuring, CVAs and other implementation approaches (including Pre-packs, trading administration and AMA).

Gavin specialises in corporate restructuring, contingency planning and insolvency-based solutions, acting for companies, lenders and other stakeholders of financially distressed businesses.

Gavin is also working on several currently confidential retail assignments involving consensual negotiations, CVAs and other implementation mechanisms and as such is excellently placed to advise on current market sentiment and the evolving technical landscape.
