Frank McGing has 18 years of experience in professional services with experience in Audit, Insolvency and Corporate Finance and Transaction Advisory Services.​

Frank joined Teneo in 2021 from a big six firm in Ireland, where he worked as a Director in their Corporate Finance Team since September 2016. Prior to that, Frank spent six and a half years abroad, three and a half years in the British Virgin Islands and three years in Guernsey

Select Project Experience:

• Financial modelling assistance to the finance department of a large Irish Semi-state Transport Group ahead of a new public service contract with the National Transport Authority finalised in December 2019 with a total contract value of €1.5bn.
• Financial modelling assistance to a Bus Transport operator throughout Covid to project the impact of fare reduction
• Advice on and preparation of a detailed bidder adjudication template for NAMA ahead of a large multi-site property tender process.
• Working capital review of a large UK construction company (with revenues in excess of £800m) ahead of its share restructuring transaction on the London main market.
• Advice on and preparation of a detailed 5 year integrated financial model for a large Irish pharmacy chain;​
  Preparation of a detailed 5 year integrated financial model for a large on-line auctioneering group operating across multiple jurisdictions.
• Advice to the Non-Executive Board of an Irish Bus operator on the viability of a Business plan prepared by Management and subsequent assistance with the formulation of a detailed five-year restructuring plan for the business including the preparation of a five-year model and budget for the business.
• Full-time secondment to the Bus Éireann finance department which included a six-month period acting as interim CFO.
• Working with the Digicel Group Finance team in Jamaica to coordinate the local finance offices’ audit and financial accounts preparation ahead of its group audit.
• Vendor due diligence in connection the disposal of a large life and pension insurance brokerage.
• Valuation services in connection with the merger of two Co-operative Creameries.
• Financial reviews and due diligence assignments on behalf of a number of Irish banks, including AIB, BOI and Ulster Bank.
