Erica Mills is a Senior Vice President within Teneo’s U.S. Management Consulting practice.

She partners with clients across a broad range of industries driving operating model designs, large-scale business transformations, performance improvement, and strategic value creation – with deep expertise in technology, financial services, payments, and insurance.

Prior to Teneo, Erica worked as a Director at SSA & Company, where she spent over five years focused on executing large-scale transformations across the Financial Services, Healthcare, and Industrials. She has expertise in process improvement, operational and organizational design, and growth strategies. Before that, Erica worked at The Chartis Group where she consulted for leading academic medical centers, hospital systems, and community hospitals on large-scale operational improvements and strategic growth opportunities.

Erica holds an MHSA from the University of Michigan in Health Care Management and Policy and a BS from Vanderbilt University in Engineering and Medicine.
