Enda Lowry is a Managing Director with Teneo’s Financial Advisory team, based in Dublin. He is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner in the Republic of Ireland.
Enda has over 16 years of experience in business restructuring, insolvency and forensic accounting in Ireland and overseas, joining Teneo after working in boutique firms in Melbourne, Australia and Dublin. Prior to this, he completed his Chartered Accountants Ireland and Irish Taxation Institute qualifications with a Big 4 firm. Enda is also a member of the Irish Tax Institute, INSOL Europe and Restructuring and Insolvency Ireland, where he sits on Council.
Enda manages all aspects of formal insolvency appointments and provides restructuring advice to company directors, secured creditors and legal firms. He has assisted banks with distressed loan cases and appraising the need to appoint a Receiver. He has managed numerous Receiverships, Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidations and Members’ Voluntary Liquidations, and has been a lead team member on some of the most high-profile Credit Union liquidations in the State. Enda is an experienced IP practitioner and has had wide-ranging involvement in the property, technology and pharmaceutical industries in particular.
Enda also works extensively on litigation support/forensic accounting engagements to review, assemble and de-construct financial loss claims. He has extensive experience in shareholder disputes, asset tracing, system/fraud review, commercial disputes, funding covenant reviews, company valuations, catastrophic injury award expenditure reviews and loss of earnings claims. He has also provided expert evidence to the Courts.
