Eleanor Lockett

Associate Director

Eleanor Lockett is an Associate Director with Teneo’s  Financial Restructuring team in London and has experience working with diverse stakeholder groups including lenders, corporates and shareholders primarily in the private sector.

Eleanor specialises in large financial restructuring engagements. She has experience in capital structure modelling, cash flow analysis, writing credit papers, business reviews, options analysis and contingency planning.

Eleanor’s experience has spanned numerous sectors, including Oil and Gas, Infrastructure, Telecoms, Aviation and Retail. Eleanor is a Chartered Accountant and prior to working in financial restructuring, worked in the Asset & Wealth Management PwC audit practice.

 

Selected Project Experience:

  • Vue Entertainment International – Lead advisors to both Company and Shareholders in debt for equity transaction and injection of new money.
  • MENA based LNG plant – Advisors to syndicate of 14 international lenders to LNG plant with debt of c.$1.3bn.
  • European healthcare tech business – Advisors to the largest lenders on its restructuring. The transaction included an amend and extend, refinancing and new money.
  • African telecommunications business – Advisors to syndicate of lenders to assess strategic options and eventual support during restructuring.
  • Large UK infrastructure project – Advisors to shareholders in their negotiations to obtain funding for extension of project. Eleanor assisted shareholders with financial analysis including various scenarios and capital structure modelling to aid the negotiations.
  • Large European retailer – Advisors to lenders in evaluation of strategic options and financial outcome if the UK entities were to enter an insolvency process.
  • Subsidiary of large aviation business – Options analysis with economic outcomes of solvent wind-down to an administration and other considerations for company to take to the Parent Co.
  • OW Bunker Group – Receivers of security assets for Danish marine fuel company. Notable personal work included release of significant reserves, distributions and wind down of Estates.
  • UK listed advertising business, National restaurant chain and large casino group – Business review and liquidity analysis for the corporates.
  • Camelia Plc – Buyside support to UK based listed international group on acquisition of majority stake in Barnsley England.
