Diana Poulimenos is a Managing Director with Teneo’s Management Consulting business.

She advises clients across industries on issues related to strategic direction setting, operating model and organizational design, large-scale transformation program design and delivery, and performance improvement initiatives.

Prior to joining Teneo, Diana worked as a Director at Huron Consulting Group where she partnered with healthcare organizations to realize growth goals, redesign care delivery programs, achieve financial and operational excellence, and improve health outcomes.

Diana holds an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina and a BA with Honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
