Craig Lukins is a Managing Director with Teneo’s Financial Advisory business, based in London.
Craig is a specialist in Equity Capital Markets and PLC Advisory, with more than 16 years of experience in public and private company M&A, capital raising and restructuring transactions. He has advised on a range of deals including public takeovers (buy- and sell-side), IPOs, complex restructurings and private company processes. He is a co-author of the Practitioner’s Guide to the AIM Rules.
