Chloé Luciani-Girouard is a Vice President with Teneo’s Strategy and Communications business, based in Montréal.

Prior to joining the firm, Chloé led Media Relations and Issues Management at one of Canada’s largest telecommunications companies. Previously, she worked as a senior advisor in several high-profile and highly strategic positions, including as an Issues Advisor for Canada’s Prime Minister, as Press Secretary to Canada’s Finance Minister and Minister of National Revenue and as an aide at the Quebec National Assembly.

A strategic communicator and public relations professional, Chloé has a proven track record in crisis management, navigating complex files and providing reputation advice to senior business executives and elected officials. She has served as a spokesperson for key ministerial offices and for a large publicly traded company in a highly scrutinized and regulated sector.

Chloé is a graduate of Université de Montréal where she completed a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations.
