Charlotte Spencer is a Business Development Manager with Teneo’s People Advisory business, having joined the firm following Teneo’s acquisition of Ridgeway.

Charlotte joined Ridgeway in 2017 as an executive assistant in the Wholesale Financial Services practice, she has remained supporting this practice and Nick Medd, and in June 2023 took on the additional role of supporting Rosie Steele in the Organisational Culture and Design practice. Charlotte is Co-Lead of the People Advisory EA team and sits on the UK EA leadership team.

Prior to joining Ridgeway, Charlotte worked for a people management business Penna within its executive search team focusing on c-suite public sector appointments. She managed a team of four and supported the Director of Local Government.
