Charlotte Lawrence is a Senior Consultant with Teneo’s People Advisory team in London, having joined the firm following Teneo’s acquisition of Ridgeway.

Charlotte works in the Board Practice and has handled numerous non executive and chair appointments across various sectors, FTSE main market, AIM and unquoted including private equity-backed companies. She has a particular focus on non executive assignments in technology and digital sectors and functions. She joined Ridgeway from a boutique executive search firm, having started her executive search career as a member of the Board Practice at Norman Broadbent. Before this Charlotte had an early career in the Arts and holds an MA in The History of Art from the University of Sussex.
