Charles Boguslaski

Charles has been recognized for developing and executing creative, concise solutions and negotiating innovative outcomes.

He has more than two decades of investment banking and financial restructuring experience.

His clients include: public and private companies, boards of directors, financial institutions, credit funds and hedge funds across a variety of assignments including M&A, distressed M&A, debt and equity capital raises, exchange transactions, financial restructurings and internal reorganization negotiations.

Prior to joining Teneo, Charles was a Partner at Carl Marks Advisors, where he developed an investment banking restructuring platform. He also served in the corporate business development group for Bayer AG and executed the sale of the Bayer Biological Products division to Cerberus. Charles also held various positions at LECG, a premier micro-economic consulting firm where he advised on a variety of engagements including: mergers, antitrust and competition analyses, financial valuations, business and labor disputes and bankruptcies.

He is the author of “Entry Patterns in the Southwest Airlines Route System” (Boguslaski, Lee, Ito), published in the Review of Industrial Organization in 2004. Charles also serves as a board member of Serim Research, Inc., a dry-reagent technology diagnostic company.

Charles graduated magna cum laude from Boston College with a BS in finance and economics and received an MBA from the Yale School of Management with a concentration in finance. Charles also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
