Cara Foley is a Senior Vice President with Teneo’s Strategy & Communications business, based in New York.

Through her work at Teneo, Cara has experience in corporate communications strategy, including corporate narrative development and positioning, issues management and stakeholder identification and outreach.  She also has experience advising clients through major reputational challenges related to active litigation and government investigations. Cara primarily works with consumer goods, ecommerce and healthcare clients.  

Prior to joining Teneo, Cara worked on congressional and gubernatorial campaigns in her home state of Maine. She graduated with a BA in Economics and Russian from Williams College.
