Campbell Gatehouse
Campbell Gatehouse has a strong international background and cultural competency in geopolitical affairs and transnational security. Prior to joining Teneo, Ms. Gatehouse was an Account Manager for RANE, an information and advisory services firm, focused on serving risk professionals. In that capacity, she managed multi-million-dollar customer relationships, advising C-Level executives on some of their most pressing risk and security issues. At RANE, Ms. Gatehouse also served as a Risk Analyst, where she sourced actionable data and intelligence to help client organizations navigate cybersecurity, geopolitical, and other industry-relevant threats.
Before joining RANE, Ms. Gatehouse served as a special representative to the United Nation’s Counter-Terrorism Executive Directorate, on behalf of NYU’s School of Professional Studies. There, Ms. Gatehouse led research and presented final briefings to the Head Council on emerging security risks, government policies, humanitarian issues, and legal/regulatory developments pertaining to counter-terrorism in the MENA region.
Ms. Gatehouse completed her Masters in Global Affairs and Transnational Security at NYU where she conducted field research with former and current combatants of international violent extremist organizations such as Al Qaeda, Jemaah Islamiyah, Darul Islam, and ISIS. She has a background in the Middle East and Global Politics from The London School of Economics and holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Kansas, where her work on the role of water and terrorism in the conflicts in Iraq and Syria contributed to a series of joint reports and publications with NGA, USAID, UNESCO, ACE, and DOD-AFRICOM.
