Brendan Murphy specializes in counseling management teams on corporate strategy, communications, government affairs and crisis management.

During the course of his career, Brendan has advised blue chip multinationals, state organizations, listed companies and private entities across a broad range of industries.

Prior to joining Teneo, his career spanned a number of international consultancies, where he played roles at both national and international levels. In addition to work as a consultant, Brendan was a member of the Irish Government’s National Development Plan, where he was appointed as a business representative. He was also elected as a non-Executive Board Director of Ireland’s largest business network, Chambers Ireland, and was subsequently appointed Vice-President of the organization.

Brendan was educated at University College Dublin’s Graduate Business School. He has led a number of award-winning campaigns and has also lectured in Strategic Communications.
