Benjamin Lazar is an Associate Director with Teneo’s Management Consulting business. He advises clients on growth strategy and operational optimisation across a range of sectors.
Ben has broad case-type experience (growth, op model, org design, cost reduction) and broad sector experience (software, private health, business services, insurance & asset management).
Prior to Teneo, Ben was the COO of the London office of L1 Capital. Prior to that, Ben was a Management Consultant with BCG and before that, an actuary with Deloitte.
Ben is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (FIA) with specialisations in Life Insurance and Investments. Ben also holds a BCom from The University of Melbourne (major in Finance).
