Andrew Pringle is a Senior Vice President based in Toronto, specializing in financial communications and investor relations, with an experienced background in capital markets.

Prior to joining Teneo, Andrew held various roles at Nasdaq over the past several years. Most recently, Andrew led a team of advisors who primarily helped public companies with their IR strategies, better understand trading and generally served as consultants to capital markets focused teams. Andrew himself also served as an advisor to a book of key clients, working with management teams from small caps to some of the largest listed companies internationally.

Andrew also led thought leadership internally and externally on a variety of subjects including shareholder activism, passive investing, and capital flows.
