Andrew Feldman is CEO, UK Strategy & Communications at Teneo.
Andrew was formerly Managing Partner of Tulchan communications from 2019 to 2023 where he was responsible for the day to day management of the firm. Prior to that he was a Partner at Macro Advisory Partners from 2017 and part of a team advising multinational clients on geopolitical risk.
Andrew served as Chairman of the Conservative Party from 2010 to 2016. He attended Political Cabinet, ran the professional operation at Conservative Campaign Headquarters (CCHQ) and had responsibility for the Party’s strategy, finances and professional operation leading up to the 2015 General Election. Andrew was Chief Executive of the Conservative Party and part of the senior team running the 2010 General Election campaign. Before politics, Andrew was Chief Executive of his family textile business, in practice for five years as a commercial Barrister at 1 Essex Court and spent two years as an associate consultant at Bain & Co.
Outside of Teneo, Andrew is on the Board of Visitors of the Ashmolean Museum, is a trustee of Policy Exchange, the Holocaust Memorial Foundation and the Conservative Party Foundation. He is also a founder and non-executive partner of Hetz, an early stage technology venture capital firm.
Andrew graduated with a first in jurisprudence from Brasenose College Oxford and attended the Inns of Court School of Law. Andrew was elevated to the House of Lords in 2010 and appointed to the Privy Council in 2015.
