Amanda Libbos

Vice President

Amanda Libbos is a Vice President with Teneo’s Strategy and Communications business, based in Dubai.

Amanda possesses nine years of experience in the Middle East with over five years working in strategic communications with high-profile figures, government entities and corporate clients. During her career, Amanda worked closely with entities in Saudi Arabia such as the Public Investment Fund, NEOM, the Regional Voluntary Carbon Market, the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Tourism, as well as with UAE-based clients including Abu Dhabi’s Media Office and the Abu Dhabi Department of Health.

Previously, Amanda was as an instructor at the American University of Beirut and the Lebanese International University, where she taught courses in Political Science, Public International Law, Communications, Writing and Research.
Amanda holds a master’s degree in International Relations with an emphasis in Political Economy and Conflict Resolution from the University of York and a BA in Political Studies from the American University of Beirut with a focus on Middle Eastern Politics.

Amanda is fully proficient in Arabic, English, and French.
