Alissa Malli is People Partner, UAE with Teneo, based in Dubai.

Alissa has extensive experience working in people functions in fast-paced and dynamic environments, including acquisitions & integrations, high-growth and restructured organizations. Her broad-based experience includes all aspects of the people function including culture & employee engagement and she believes it’s important to take a balanced approach to drive people operations and strategic initiatives to support the business and the employees. Alissa is a certified Insights Discovery facilitator and she is passionate about using Insights profiling to enhance effective communications and collaborations in the workforce.

With more than 20 years of experience, Alissa has worked in roles of increasing responsibility within the people function across the Middle East, North America and Asia Pacific. She has experience across several industries, including manufacturing, facilities & property management, and asset management. Most recently Alissa was the Senior HR Manager for Eltizam Asset Management Group in UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt, and led the HR integration for two acquired businesses. Prior to this, Alissa was the Head of People and Culture for Inspire Integrated in UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. Alissa spent 15 years working for Eaton Corporation, a global power management company, in a number of people roles supporting the various businesses and regions within their electrical sector.

Alissa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts (Sociology) from Queen’s University, Canada and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College, Canada.
