Ali Ortner is a Senior Consultant with Teneo’s People Advisory business. She focuses on Chief People Officer and senior HR appointments across various sectors in listed and private, including private equity-backed, companies.

Ali joined Ridgeway from Norman Broadbent in 2021 where, latterly, she worked across multiple industry sectors on non executive, chair and senior executive searches. Prior to this, Ali worked for 15 years in search as a board practice researcher and project manager.

She holds a BA in Italian from the University of Leeds.
