Adrian Dobson is a Senior Director with Teneo’s Management Consulting business, based in London.

Adrian’s work focuses on programme management, commercial due diligence and back office cost reduction. Most recently, he programme managed the transition of back office support functions from London to Glasgow including the creation of an operational centre of excellence with in the recruitment industry.​

Adrian has also worked across Teneo’s Transaction Support practice in both a buy-side and sell-side capacity for clients in the utilities services and asset rental sections. Adrian has worked on multiple projects with a cost reduction focus, in addition to numerous short-term engagements across the full breadth of Teneo Consulting’s capabilities.​

Prior to joining Teneo, Adrian worked for Accenture, focusing on operating model design, strategic cost reduction and programme management for financial services clients. Before moving to the consulting industry he worked as golf professional for five years. ​

Adrian received his undergraduate degree in Finance at the University of Manchester, and has completed level one and two of the Chartered Financial Analyst programme.​
