Aditi Upadhya is a Manager with Teneo’s Financial Advisory business, based in London. She has over eight years of experience across business and complex securities valuations across the United Kingdom, Ireland and India.
Aditi primarily works with the Valuation Advisory Services practice, and has particular experience in delivering business and complex securities’ valuations for tax and financial reporting purposes. She also has experience in managing valuation projects for a wide range of sectors and industries, including renewable energy, oil & gas, consumer internet, agricultural products, fintech, real estate, as well as private equity backed businesses.
Her engagements have included restructuring, financial reporting and tax, portfolio valuations, transaction support and advisory and other commercial applications. Aditi has Big 4 valuations experience, previously working with Deloitte India’s Valuations practice, EY GDS (Strategy and Transactions) and PwC SDC (Portfolio Valuations).
Aditi is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder along with a Bachelors of Commerce degree from Delhi University.
