Tony Sayegh Joins Teneo as a Managing Director

Teneo, the global CEO advisory firm, today announced the appointment of Tony Sayegh as a Managing Director based in New York City.

Prior to joining Teneo, Tony served as Assistant Secretary of the Treasury, leading the department’s Office of Public Affairs. He was detailed to the White House in August of 2017 to manage the coordination of the Administration’s tax reform effort and to lead a dedicated communications team focused on the issue. He also directed communications for many administration economic initiatives, including the trade negotiations with China, traveling to Beijing on four trips with the U.S. delegation. Upon his departure from the Treasury in June of 2019, Secretary Mnuchin awarded Tony with the Alexander Hamilton Award, the highest honor bestowed by the Department. While in Washington, he also served as a Fellow at the Georgetown University Institute of Politics in the Spring of 2017.
