Teneo’s People Team Appoints Three New Global Heads



Teneo, the global CEO advisory firm, announced the appointment of three new Global Heads within our People team. Peter Frampton joined as Global Head of Performance, Reward and Recognition, Dr. Helen Krug von Nidda joined as Global Head of Equity, Inclusion, Leadership & Learning and Ryan Oliveri joined as Global Head of People Operations and Transformation.

Peter Frampton has spent over 20 years in Banking in international roles across Operations and Human Resources. For the last seven years, he has built his expertise in Performance Management and Reward, launching innovative and effective approaches to pay-for-performance at both the individual and business level. Central to this is using data to drive decision making including insights derived from continuous employee listening and feedback.

Dr. Helen Krug von Nidda works at the intersection of leadership transformation, career empowerment and diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. As an executive coach, trainer and speaker, Helen’s research and practice are steeped in her global perspective and unwavering belief in the joy of working in diverse teams. For over 20 years at the United Nations and in the private sector, Helen has been at the forefront of talent development.

Ryan Oliveri will play a leading role in enabling our People Ambition and Strategy through driving change and transformation programs with a focus on operational excellence. He will serve as a key partner and interface between our businesses, markets, internal partners and advisors. Prior to Teneo, Ryan was Global Head of HR Operations, Analytics and M&A at Moody’s Corporation.
