Her extensive experience spans strategy planning and strategic alternatives, enterprise-wide transformation, network and fleet planning, pricing strategies, supply chain, cost optimization, liquidity management, capital raise, debt restructuring, in-court and out-of-court insolvency proceedings and M&A.
Blanche Zelmanovich joins Teneo from EY. She brings more than 20 years of experience advising debtors, creditors and other parties in interest on bankruptcy, restructuring and litigation-related matters across the globe. She also has extensive experience in litigation and restructuring matters both in-court and out-of-court, including financial and operational turnarounds, insolvency, transaction due diligence, fraud and forensic investigations and damage calculations.
“We are thrilled to welcome Victoria and Blanche to the Teneo team. They each bring deep experience in special situations, restructuring and litigation-related matters on a global scale and will add tremendous value to our clients, particularly as they navigate the evolving macroeconomic landscape,” said David Sawyer, Leader, U.S. Financial Advisory.
