Teneo Appoints Rob Pritchard as a Managing Director

Teneo, the global CEO advisory firm, today announced the appointment of Rob Pritchard as a Managing Director in its Financial Advisory business.

Prior to joining Teneo, Rob was a Director in the Restructuring team at PwC. He has 15 years of experience as an advisor and specialises in assisting corporates that require balance sheet or operational change. He has worked with a broad range of stakeholders, including directors, shareholders, lenders and investors to implement value-enhancing solutions, encompassing a range of industries and territories.

Rob has a particular focus in supporting direct lenders in assessing their exposure and strategic options and has worked on a number of recent high-profile restructurings with this key stakeholder group.
