Teneo Appoints Paul Haenle APAC Chairman



Teneo, the global CEO advisory firm, has announced the appointment of Beijing-based Paul Haenle as Chairman of Teneo Asia-Pacific. In his role as Chairman, Paul will provide invaluable support to Teneo’s growing regional and global client base, in addition to the further development of the company’s four business segments of Strategy & Communications, Management Consulting, Risk Advisory and Capital Advisory.

Paul worked for more than five years in the White House on the National Security Council staffs of former President George W. Bush and former President Barack H. Obama. Paul served as a special assistant to the National Security Advisor, Director for China Affairs, and also played a key role as the White House representative to the U.S. negotiating team at the Six-Party Nuclear Talks.

In addition to his role with Teneo, Paul also serves as the founding director of the Carnegie-Tsinghua Center in Beijing. Paul joined Teneo in 2012 as a Senior Advisor.
