Teneo Acquires Fitzroy
Teneo, the global CEO advisory firm, today announced that it has acquired Fitzroy Communications (“Fitzroy”), a strategic communications and investor relations advisory firm with offices in New York City and Los Angeles.
Fitzroy was founded in 2012 by Lucas van Praag. Prior to Fitzroy, Mr. van Praag was a partner and the Global Head of Corporate Communications at Goldman Sachs. In addition to managing the firm’s corporate activities, he was actively engaged in providing strategic communication advice to a wide range of the firm’s clients.
The entire Fitzroy team, including partner and co-founder Liz Bruce, will be joining Teneo’s Communications business effective immediately. Our Communications business is one of Teneo’s 4 integrated operating businesses which provide integrated advisory services to many of the world’s largest and most complex companies.
