Sophie De Ferranti Joins Teneo as a Senior Managing Director

Teneo, the global CEO advisory firm, today announced the appointment of Sophie De Ferranti as a Senior Managing Director with Teneo's People Advisory business.

Sophie advises C-Suite executives and Board members on cyber risk posture from a people advisory perspective and helps build diverse and inclusive teams. She brings over 20 years of global executive search and specialist consulting experience and has held senior leadership positions in Singapore, New York, London and Zurich. Highly entrepreneurial in her approach to executive search, Sophie is passionate about promoting Women Leaders in cybersecurity and technology and brings a forward-thinking, holistic approach to global people advisory solutions. She is based between London, New York and Buenos Aires.

Prior to joining Teneo, Sophie led the Global Cybersecurity practice at a U.S.-based Executive Search firm. In her earlier career, she held a high security UN classified role at the NATO Headquarters in Brussels.
