Simon Buckby joins Teneo as Senior Managing Director

Teneo, the global CEO advisory firm, today announced the appointment of Simon Buckby as a Senior Managing Director.

Simon, based in Hong Kong, adds to the senior capability of Teneo across the region and globally. He brings extensive experience in C-suite counsel, including corporate positioning, developing purpose-focused business strategies and crisis management, drawn from decades advising business leaders and a deep involvement in media and politics.

From 2005 to 2017 Simon founded, managed and then sold a respected London-based communication’s consultancy. He was most recently the Hong Kong-based Managing Partner for Instinctif Partners in Asia. A former journalist with the Financial Times and reporter for BBC Television, Simon also previously ran a UK business-led campaign about the European Union.
