Patricia Heiberger Joins Teneo as a Managing Director

Teneo, the global CEO advisory firm, today announced the appointment of Patricia Heiberger as a Managing Director in the firm's Hong Kong office.

A former journalist, Patricia brings experience covering mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and capital markets transactions across Asia Pacific. Before joining Teneo she was the regional Managing Editor of publications Mergermarket and Dealreporter, where on top of driving editorial coverage she also managed operations across Greater China, Southeast Asia, Australia, Japan, Korea and India. Through her work on complex cross border M&A she has built an expertise in policy issues, especially as they relate to Chinese companies. Her background also includes work in the areas of shareholder activism and infrastructure investment.

Patricia will play a pivotal role in supporting regional and global transactions, including takeovers, listings and restructuring. Her extensive knowledge of the APAC media landscape, mixed with an understanding of regional business risks, will be in high demand among Teneo’s client base.
