John Moon Joins Teneo as a Managing Director

Teneo, the global CEO advisory firm, today announced the appointment of John Moon as a Managing Director with Teneo's People Advisory business.

John has more than 20 years of experience as a senior Talent and Human Resources executive within both retained executive search firms and Fortune 500 companies. He has led Human Capital initiatives across a global footprint and has completed hundreds of C-Suite and executive-level searches. Prior to Teneo, John was a Principal at ZRG Partners in the Industrial and Human Capital practices.

Before joining ZRG, John was Head of Human Resources for a multi-billion-dollar division of Precision Castparts Corp., a Berkshire Hathaway company and global manufacturing leader. He was responsible for driving HR and Talent strategy and best practices across 13 locations around the world. Previously, he was a Senior Consultant, Executive Talent Acquisition (ETA) at Eaton, a $21B diversified industrial leader. Earlier in his career, John was a Director at a top global retained executive search firm.
