Jimmy Asci Joins Teneo as a Senior Managing Director

Teneo, the global CEO advisory firm, today announced the appointment of Jimmy Asci as a Senior Managing Director in the New York Office.

Jimmy Asci is a seasoned communications leader with significant experience handling public affairs for global companies. For nearly 20 years, Jimmy has worked with some of the most high-profile organizations and individuals, providing expert counsel through moments of crisis and other special situations.

Most recently, Jimmy was Chief Communications Officer at WeWork/The We Company. As a member of the company's senior leadership team, Jimmy worked closely with the Founder/CEO and other senior leaders to help refine the company's narrative ahead of its proposed initial public offering. He led the global communications and public affairs team for the company, providing strategic oversight of external, internal, financial and consumer communications, government relations and regional public affairs. He regularly provided counsel to senior management and the board of directors around communications, reputation management and governance.

Prior to WeWork, Jimmy was Senior Managing Director at Teneo, the global CEO advisory firm. During his more than 4 years at the firm, Jimmy led many of the firm's highest profile client engagements and counseled CEOs of several Fortune 500 companies around corporate communications, investor relations and media relations. He was also a senior member of the firm's crisis communications practice, and was a go-to counselor for some of the highest-profile situations of the past 5 years.
