Elsie Leung Joins Teneo as a Managing Director

Teneo, the global CEO advisory firm, today announced the appointment of Elsie Leung as a Managing Director in the firm's Hong Kong office.

Elsie will be joining the firms' Strategy & Communications Advisory team, and brings two decades of strategic advisory and senior management experience. Elsie has advised c-suite executives from leading Hong Kong companies, multinationals based in the Greater China region, as well as Chinese global companies on complex public affairs, policy advocacy, corporate reputation and crisis management programs.

Elsie has robust experience working with local governments and public bodies, as well as not-for-profit organisations. Elsie was instrumental in establishing the public communications functions for Our Hong Kong Foundation, where she served as their Communications Director. Prior to her consulting career, Elsie worked with the Hong Kong S.A.R. government and held various leadership roles at APCO, Golin and Ruder Finn.
