Dan Lonergan Joins Teneo as a Managing Director

Dan Lonergan today joins Teneo as a Managing Director in New York.

Dan has a combined 30 years of private equity, operations, and investment banking experience. Over the course of his career, he has completed nine principal equity investments, totaling approximately $220 million in equity, and 17 M&A and corporate finance transactions, totaling approximately $25 billion in value.

Dan has spent most of the last 15 years investing in, or running businesses in the services sector (financial, business, marketing, healthcare, and telecommunications). Most recently, Dan was the CEO of Okinus, Inc., a specialty consumer finance business that provides lease purchase financing to the credit challenged consumer. Prior to that, Dan was the CEO of Procare Rx, a national pharmacy benefit management company, and the Chairman of Global Connection Inc. of America, a telecommunication services company.
