Andrew Webster Joins Teneo as Senior Managing Director, Talent Advisory

Teneo, the global CEO advisory firm, today announced the appointment of Andrew Webster as Senior Managing Director, Talent Advisory in the firm's Hong Kong office.

As an experienced People and Talent leader, Andrew's passions lie in driving performance by building customer-centric, agile and innovative organisations by leveraging the power of people to energise businesses and pragmatically coach leaders to achieve excellence.

Prior to Teneo, Andrew was with the global travel retailer DFS, where he held the position of CHRO for seven years. Before his time at DFS, Andrew spent 16 years with the pharmaceutical giant AstraZeneca and led all HR aspects of commercial business including driving and delivering an ambitious talent agenda, post-merger integration, building organisational effectiveness and executing complex mergers and acquisitions.

Andrew originates from the UK and has spent over 15 years living and working in Asia in both Hong Kong and Singapore.
