Teneo Expands Financial Advisory Business into the Eastern Caribbean

Teneo, the global CEO advisory firm, today announced the appointments of Brian A. Glasgow, David Collins and David Holukoff to key senior positions, expanding its Financial Advisory presence into the Eastern Caribbean. This strategic expansion establishes Teneo as the largest financial advisory business in the Caribbean, building on the acquisitions of KPMG’s Bermuda, BVI and Cayman Islands restructuring businesses in 2022.

Daniel Butters, CEO of Teneo’s Financial Advisory business, said: “We are delighted to welcome Brian Glasgow, David Collins and David Holukoff to Teneo to further expand our offshore offering and solidify the firm’s presence throughout the region. Each of these leaders brings to Teneo decades of experience working on some of the most complex financial matters in the region. I look forward to working with them – and our collective IFC team – to further build out our support of clients with interests in the region.”

Mike Morrison, Co-Chair, International Financial Centres, said, “With the addition of this exceptional team, our clients now have access to the most experienced insolvency and financial advisory team in the Eastern Caribbean. Their deep regional expertise and network of relationships – combined with Teneo’s global presence – allow us to deliver unparalleled advisory services to clients around the world.”

Brian A. Glasgow said, “I am thrilled to join Teneo, a truly global firm with deep local roots. We have assembled an exceptional team of leaders and practitioners to expand and grow our presence in the region. I am especially excited to partner with our existing regional leadership to develop a comprehensive offering across the IFC to better serve our clients.”

David Collins joins as a Managing Director, based in Barbados. David brings over 17 years of financial advisory experience with a focus on the Caribbean region. Over the last eight years, he has worked with KPMG and, most recently, Interpath. He has been appointed in numerous high-profile insolvencies across the region with current appointments in Barbados, Saint Vincent, Saint Lucia and Saint Kitts and Nevis. In addition, David was appointed by the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank as one of the Joint Receivers of First Saint Vincent Bank Limited. David is JIEB qualified and is also a licensed Trustee in Barbados and Saint Vincent, with expertise that spans distressed financial environments.

David Holukoff joins as a Managing Director, based in Grenada. David has been an insolvency practitioner since 1999, working with PricewaterhouseCoopers, KPMG, Kroll and Grant Thornton throughout that time. He has led engagements across the Caribbean, including Grenada, Barbados, Trinidad, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Jamaica, Dominica, Saint Lucia and Saint Vincent. His experience spans multiple industries, including financial services, real estate and telecommunications. David has acted as a liquidator for CL Financial Ltd., judicial manager for British American Insurance and agent for the liquidation of multiple financial organizations across the region. He is also a regular speaker at industry conferences and holds multiple professional qualifications, including being licensed as a Trustee in Bankruptcy for Barbados and Saint Vincent.

These newly appointed leaders will join efforts with Kent McParland, a Director with our regional team, to add further strength to our Eastern Caribbean offering.
