Job Description
The Junior Executive Assistant will play a critical role in managing the day to day for senior leaders at Teneo. This position involves a variety of administrative duties, including assisting with projects, coordinating daily schedules and calendars, preparing for meetings, and managing travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will thrive under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, demanding work environment, consistently demonstrating excellent customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
There are two roles available:
1. Supporting a Senior Executive Assistant to a C-level executive
2. Supporting 3-4 Senior leaders within the organization
Responsibilities
- Manage professional calendars and scheduling meetings
- Book travel arrangements both domestic and international
- Prepare monthly expense reports
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Provide general administrative support as needed and work on ad hoc projects
Qualifications
- Position requires 2+ years’ experience in a corporate environment providing administrative support for senior level executives
- Ability to proactively anticipate needs and potential problems and take independent action as appropriate using good judgment and discretion to resolve issues
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Base Salary Range
$80,000 - $100,000 (compensation for this role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience that may fall outside of the range listed).

Flexible Work Policy
Teneo believes in in-person collaboration when possible and if you are assigned to the New York office, the company expectation is for employees to work from the office location a minimum of three times a week.
